Refund Policy

Monthly memberships

You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. The month you are already in is not refunded, because that month’s membership is already active.

Annual memberships

If you pay annually and need a refund, contact us and we can offer a partial refund. We work it out like this:

1. The current month is not refunded.
2. Any discount that came with the annual price is removed, so the months you have used are counted at the regular monthly price.
3. What is left over is refunded, less payment-processing fees, which we cannot recover from the payment provider.

In other words: refund = amount paid, minus the regular monthly price for each month used (including the current month), minus processing fees. There is no deadline for asking. A later request simply means more months have been used.

Asking for a refund

Use our contact page and include the email address on your account. We will look at every request fairly.

Donations

Donations are generally not refundable. If you think a donation was made in error, please contact us.

Digital products

Digital downloads are delivered to you straight away, so they cannot be refunded once delivered. If a file does not download or open properly, please contact us.

Physical orders

We pack every order carefully, and refunds and returns for physical items are handled case by case, so please contact us if something is wrong.

Damage in transit. If a parcel is damaged on its way to you, that is a matter between you and the shipping carrier you chose at checkout. Please contact the carrier (for example the post office) first.

Opened sealed items. Sealed items that have been opened cannot be refunded.

Print-on-demand merchandise. Much of our merchandise is produced and shipped by a print-on-demand partner. We often cannot refund these orders in full, or at all, because it depends on that partner’s policy.
